{"id":35,"date":"2021-09-01T13:40:54","date_gmt":"2021-09-01T13:40:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/globision.in\/national-film-festivals\/?p=35"},"modified":"2021-09-01T13:40:54","modified_gmt":"2021-09-01T13:40:54","slug":"simon-wests-boundless-wraps-for-fulwell-73-amazon-and-rtve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nfilmfest.com\/index.php\/2021\/09\/01\/simon-wests-boundless-wraps-for-fulwell-73-amazon-and-rtve\/","title":{"rendered":"Simon West&#8217;s \u2018Boundless\u2019 wraps for Fulwell 73, Amazon and RTVE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>UK film and TV outfit\u00a0Fulwell 73 has wrapped production on Simon\u00a0 West\u2019s\u00a0<em>Boundless<\/em>, which has been made as a feature-length film and three-part TV series for Amazon Prime Video and Spanish broadcaster RTVE.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both the feature-length work and series will be released in 2022 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video and Spanish broadcaster RTVE.<\/p>\n<p><em>Westworld\u00a0<\/em>star\u00a0Rodrigo Santoro and\u00a0<em>Money Heist<\/em>\u2019s Alvaro Morte headline the cast.<\/p>\n<p>The project is Fulwell 73\u2019s first foray into international production and is co-produced by Spain\u2019s Elcano with backing from\u00a0ETB, Canal Sur and Gazprom-Media KIT Group.<\/p>\n<p><em>Boundless<\/em>\u00a0tells the story of the first circumnavigation of the world by explorers Juan Sebastian Elcano and Ferdinand Magellan, who set sail from Spain over 500 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Leo Pearlman and Heather Greenwood are producing the project for Fulwell 73, in partnership with Miguel Menendez de Zubillaga for Elcano.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis past year our strategy has focused on building a high-quality scripted slate and adding more international productions that can add to our track record in ground-breaking factual and entertainment programming,\u201d said Pearlman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Boundless<\/em>\u00a0has taken me four years of preparation followed by a year of shooting and post-production,\u201d said West. \u201cThat\u2019s two years longer than the actual voyage.
